Shipping & Delivery Information

Processing Time 

Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to be processed, quality-checked, and carefully packed before shipment.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time 

Urban ships worldwide directly from our manufacturing and fulfillment partners.

United States: 7–21 business days, approximately 1–3 weeks.

International Orders: 10–25 business days.

Please note that delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and shipped. Processing time is not included in the estimated delivery timeframe.

Important Note on Transit 

While most packages arrive within the standard estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond Urban's control, including customs inspections, carrier disruptions, high seasonal demand, public holidays, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information.

In exceptional cases, please allow up to 35 business days from the shipment date before considering a package lost.

Customs & Duties 

Packages are rarely held by customs. However, international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, or other fees imposed by their country or local authorities.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are not controlled or collected by Urban.

Tracking Information 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take a few business days to update after the package has been dispatched.
